Episode 57 - Cheri Winter's CCC Fiasco
If you know Cheri, you probably have a story to go with it. She is always full of life and spreads positivity and laughter wherever she goes. In 2021, after a cancellation year, she traveled to Europe to compete in the UTMB series CCC. A wild race through the well-known “Grande Randonnée du Tour du Mont-Blanc trail. However, luck was not on her side that day and she had to be pulled from the course by helicopter! Tune in to hear about her trains and planes nightmares, almost slipping off a cliff, being saved by a couple of British lads, and a helicopter ride to a hospital where no one spoke English.
