In this episode we chat with Local Legend Ken Crouse. If you know Ken you know him as a quiet and unassuming kind of guy. He is always hanging out at some race in a temporary portable Ham Shack reporting that you have passed through his Aid Station. He is also a USMC Vietnam Veteran, served in Saigon and is now back there embracing the country, its people, and running the most challenging courses in the world: the Vietnam Trail Marathon and Vietnam Mountain Marathon.
